Bethany Grenier
After receiving her B.S. from Boston University in both Film/TV and Public Relations, Bethany Grenier went on to crew for independent feature films, music videos, advertisements, and corporate shoots. When work was scarce during the pandemic, Grenier attended the University of Amsterdam, where she earned a Research Master's degree in Media Studies. Her research introduced an interdisciplinary viewpoint on the grounding aspects of intercultural cinematic gameplay, diasporic narrative, digital geographies, and surviving objects.
Having just moved back to Los Angeles with a renewed global perspective, Grenier is excited to return to the endlessly fascinating and fast-paced collaborative environment of film production. Her experiences across the United States, New Zealand, and the Netherlands have enriched her narrative style, allowing her to convey powerful messages through her work. Her experience spans the entire production pipeline from script coverage and project development to hands-on work in the Camera and G&E departments, assembling press kits for film festivals, and organizing screenings supported by local sponsors for food, beverages, and venues.
